Do you have (insert product here) in stock?

We try to keep a stock of low-cost computers, a wide variety of cords, media players, computer parts and video game consoles and games. Since our thrift store is 100% donation based, our inventory is always changing so you’ll have to stop in to see if we have what you are looking for. Please do not call asking if we have a specific item in stock.

Can you place an item on hold so I could buy it later?

Items in our thrift store are first come first serve and we are unable to hold items and all purchases must be made in our store or through our online store. We may hold large purchased items for a very limited time to allow customers to arrange for transportation.

Can you ship my purchase to me?

We do not ship any items. You must pick them up at the store.

Does the store do trades?

Nope! Items in our store is available to purchase using cash, card, or check.

Will you accept a lower price for an item sold in-store or online?

No, we do not negotiate on posted prices.

Can I bring my computer (or other electronics) to FGTC for repair?

We generally do not offer repair services, but you are experiencing tech issues, come in during FGTC office hours and we will try our best to get you solid advice on how to fix your issue.
